With team leaders now supported in Feedback Loop, full 360 peer feedback surveys can be sent by assigning team leaders and adding team leader-only questions to a peer review.
To assign team leaders, navigate to the Teams tab, import your student teams (if needed) and click the three dots button next to any student on a team and select "Assign student as team lead." This status can be removed or another student can be selected as team lead but only one student per team can be a lead. See below for an example.
To create team leader survey questions, select the team lead designation on a question when building or editing a survey template. Only designated team leads will see and be able to complete these questions. Surveys can have as many team lead-exclusive questions as needed.
With this, Instructors can send a single survey that incorporates peer, self and lead feedback for a proper 360 survey experience, akin to what students can expect later in their careers.
