Relative Performance Score

Sep 10, 2026 | Support Documentation

Feedback Loop uses the Relative Performance Score metric to calculate individual performance within teams and to provider richer insights to students about their performance. RPS = Average individual score received from peers ÷ Average peer received score across the team.

For instructors: RPS is displayed in all quantitative results tables for immediate identification of individual student performance. 1.0 is baseline performance so individuals with results higher or lower than baseline are flagged accordingly.

For students, released performance reports display RPS alongside other metrics and insights.
