Feedback Loop automatically saves all responses, whether submitted or not and, as of our November 2024 product update, there are now in-app notifications of completion status. In the example below, the top student has completed on time, the middle student has partially completed but not submitted their response and the bottom student has submitted after the due date.
Submitted on-time: white checkmark next to student name confirming this submission was made on or before the due date and time.
Partially completed: partial list icon demonstrating the student has started the survey, but not yet submitted their response.
Submitted late: red checkmark next to student name indicating that the survey was completed after the due date. Feedback Loop has a close date and time option which can be later than the due date, allowing for late submissions to be received.
