What Are Internal Values
When building or editing a survey template, always make sure questions with a menu of responses have unique Internal Values for each response. Internal Values are the numerical scale behind your response option labels. In the example below, Strongly Agree scores as 5 out of 5 while Agree scores as 4 out of 5, or 80% of the available points for this question.

Every Internal Value in a Scale Must Be Unique
If a question had repeated Internal Values, the question won't function correctly. Feedback Loop flags any repeated values in red, as seen in the screen below. Since both Agree and Neither agree not disagree are set to the same Internal Value of 3, these are flagged for the user. Set these to a value that is not repeated in this scale and it will clear the issue.
