New Tool: Team Matcher ✨
Feedback Loop now includes smart team matching and it's easy and intuitive to use. Build teams instantly based on your preferences, or click randomize to randomly allocate your teams. You can even create and save custom matching profiles for reuse in future courses.
You can use custom criteria to team match or our built-in criteria options:
- Time Availability
- Personality Type
- Preferred Teammates
- Avoided Teammates
- Role Preferences
To get started, click Match Teams in your Teams Tab.
You can choose to randomly allocate students into teams or design your own matching preference which can be saved as a reusable template! Select your criteria questions (or create your own) and launch your matching survey.
After survey results are in, you can review and adjust your teams before finalizing. In the event of a conflict, the tool provides a clear explanation so you can finalize teams easily.
Closing the Loop Call to Action
- New button to complete Closing the Loop added at the top of students' released results view
- New Respond button added to survey card for students to directly jump to Closing the Loop when viewing their surveys
Improvements to Handling of Instructor Ratings
A recent product update added support for instructor ratings (both instructors rating students and, optionally, students rating instructors) for true, 360 degree team feedback. This update improves handling of instructor results and prevents sending surveys that are set to include instructors when instructors are missing from teams.
General Improvements
- Clearer messaging for students when they try to open a campaign that hasn't yet launched
- Warning when deleting a question category in a survey template

Bug Fix: View Students' Given Comments
In the results view, the given toggle is popular for easily seeing the scores students give. This update fixes a bug that was preventing given comments/free text responses from being displayed so instructors now see given comments alongside scores.
