Two-Way LMS Sync: Matched Teams
In addition to the existing import teams function, Feedback Loop can now send teams to your LMS course when you use the Team Matcher tool. Once teams are matched, Instructors are asked to replace any existing groups in the Canvas Course or create a new Group Set that includes these new groups. Either selection results in the teams you match in Feedback Loop displaying as course groups in your LMS.
New Matching Element: Gender
Gender is now a preset matching element, available from the question menu. Gender defaults to Male and Female options, and can be customized with more or different choices.
Personality Type Selector: Simplified
The personality type element has been updated to use The Big 5 Personality Traits. The Big 5 is commonly used in the workplace and immediately understandable, making it easy for students to select the type that best suits them.
Team Review Results: Relative Performance Score
Feedback Loop's results now include Relative Performance Score (RPS), an indicator of individual performance within a team, relative to teammates. RPS is commonly used in workplace team evaluations and helps instructors immediately identify relative performance among teammates with a single value. RPS is also included in Feedback Loop's tailored performance reports so students have richer insight into their own performance on the team.
