To send a survey reminder in Feedback Loop, navigate to the sent survey and click Send Reminder. This button will only display for active surveys. The reminder action sends an email notification to any students who have not yet completed the survey and that notification includes a magic link that takes the student directly to their response page.

For questions with a menu of options, (e.g. Likert scales) Internal Values are the numbers linked to a response. For example: Strongly Agree is by default 5 points on a 5 point scale. Ensure each Internal Value is not repeated to avoid issues.
