With Team Leader Support, 360 Surveys Can Now Be Sent in Feedback Loop!
All-new feature: Feedback Loop now 360 peer reviews with the addition of team leaders and team leader-exclusive survey questions. For courses with a concept of team lead, this provides an additional layer of real-world experience and a proper 360 peer review experience inspired by 360 reviews used in corporate settings.
More Robust Survey Template Editor
The template editor now better handles edge cases like pasting in non-standard characters and rapid-fire editing that previously would cause questions to fail to save.
LMS Group Set Support
Surveys can now target a specific group set if your Canvas course has uses the group set feature.
Draft Surveys Can Now Be Deleted
Surveys in the draft status can now be deleted by Instructors. this is especially useful for users who create test surveys or otherwise like to experiment, but want to be able to clear out these unsent surveys from their view.
Survey Template Easily Viewable From Survey Setup Page
When creating a survey, the template selector now has a view button so you can easily view the survey content before sending it! Especially helpful for users with many survey templates to choose from.
Template Preview Improvement
Some users found the template previewer confusing as there was no clearly indicated way to close it. There is now a clearly marked close button and the preview indicator bar is much more prominent.
Bug Fixes and Miscellaneous
- Survey templates no longer display an Active label as this was confusing for users.
- Fixed an issue where customizing question options was limited in some cases (users could add more options to a scale but not remove them).
- Improved email notification language.
- New surveys now default to having a due date of 5 days after the survey is sent (you can easily set a different due date, however).
- Fixed an issue where sending a survey reminder from the surveys list page, rather than within the survey itself, did not send an email notification.
- Draft surveys no longer prompt the user to close them (as they are not yet open).
