This product update includes some important housekeeping items: improved LMS student and team sync and safeguards against sending surveys with an empty teams list or any empty teams.
Better handling of removed or deactivated students
Anytime your student roster or team composition changes in your LMS course, click Import Teams from your Teams tab in Feedback Loop for a fresh sync. Resyncing now properly handles cases where you’ve removed or deactivated students from the course after the course began and after an initial sync.
Fail-safe!
Also included in this update: the tool now prevents instructors from accidentally sending a survey to either an empty teams list or to any empty student teams.
🔒 And as always, any changes to your student teams will not affect previous survey results data.
