System Slowdown Experienced by Some Users
Due to significantly increased usage across the system, some schools have experienced slower load times recently when accessing Feedback Loop. No data was lost but pages took longer than normal to load and, in some cases, timed out entirely. On September 8, 2025, we we doubled our baseline server capacity and are working on further speed improvements to continue improving performance over the next week.
