Single-Click Import
In the Feedback Loop Teams page, click Import Teams on the top right. This will pull in all teams (or groups, depending on the LMS you use) to Feedback Loop. If any student group or team changes are made on the LMS side, click Import Teams again to upate your roster.
Tip: If you see an error when you click Import Teams, this means your Feedback Loop LMS integration is not yet complete. Please contact support to complete your integration.
Editing Teams in Feedback Loop
Most users will simply import their teams from their Learning Management System (LMS) and then import them to Feedback Loop, but you can edit teams directly in Feedback if needed.
Tip: Editing teams in Feedback Loop will not update the teams in your LMS. If you need to make changes to your LMS teams, update them there and then re-sync in Feedback Loop.
Build Teams Directly in Feedback Loop
To make changes to teams from within Feedback Loop, click the Assign Team Members dropdown and select a student to add. You can also type here and it will autofill student names.
To remove a student, click the X button next to their name.
Make a mistake? Simply click Import Teams to reset your Feedback Loop roster and teams to match your course in your LMS.
