We had a great time working with Babson on this pilot and several of our recent product releases reflect suggestions that came out of this engagement. For more on our recent product updates, click here. As a Feedback Loop client, Babson achieved the pilot's goal of finding a peer feedback tool their faculty love that is easy enough to use that it can be rolled out seamlessly across their school.
Babson's implementation is institution-wide but we also work with schools at the college, department and even individual course level. If you would like to demo Feedback Loop for yourself, we invite you to get in touch! At a Glance
Babson was looking for a more enhanced and user-friendly Group Member Feedback Canvas integration tool. After initial research, testing, and working closely with the Feedback Loop team, a pilot developed for the Spring 2024 semester. The pilot was originally scoped to 10 instructors but as word spread, 15 instructors and over 400 students participated.
Babson's Challenge
Babson’s faculty and students were experiencing limitations with their current group feedback tool. Babson needed a better Canvas integration with an improved UI and additional functionality requested by faculty that was not going to be developed to address their need. Ease of use was also important to empower faculty to use a tool without relying on a support team.
Solution
Feedback Loop is designed to give instructors the power and flexibility they need for their peer feedback wrapped in a package that is very user-friendly to ensure instructors and students love using it.
LMS Integration: Feedback Loop leverages LTI 1.3 and the LMS API for a complete integration, including team and assignment syncing. The result is an entirely seamless user experience.
As a Feedback Loop client, Babson has been able to provide instructors with a better peer feedback tool that can be used without any additional support from campus IT.
